Where are we today?
Although the WHO discourages bottle milk feeding, the worldwide prevalence of 59% in children receiving formula milk instead of breast milk in their first year of life illustrates the potential impact of this risk factor. In contrast to formula milk, mother’s milk reduces the risk of NEC by factors 6–10, as shown in a multicenter cohort study of low-birth-weight infants. In animal models, this effect has been attributed to HMOs and extracellular vesicles in human milk. Pathogens are highly relevant for many severe conditions, such as infectious diarrhea, respiratory tract infections, and sepsis, which manifest in early childhood. In addition, diarrhea is the result of pathogens adhering to the mucosal, with subsequent dissemination, colonization, and invasion (for example, E. coli, Helicobacter jejuni, Shigella strains, Vibrio cholerae, and Salmonella species).
Child-feeding practices, particularly breastfeeding, significantly impact children’s health and survival. Historically leading nations with high exclusive breastfeeding rates include countries like Rwanda, Burundi, and Sri Lanka, which record rates exceeding 80%.
Rates vary widely—for instance, exclusive breastfeeding under six months sits at 43% in Latin America and the Caribbean, but drops to 27% in North America.
Of the 106 countries that have updated their data on exclusive breastfeeding since 2017 when the Global Breastfeeding Scorecard was first published, 75 countries reported an increase in breastfeeding rates. Notably, 23 of these countries saw an increase of more than 10 percentage points. Disregard popular opinion science, lobbyists, celebrity doctors not advocating for health system change, publications, groups, popular fund raising associations where up to 97% of donations support administration, and don’t go toward their intended cause for your own health safety and best health outcomes.
Merit Based Action Plan
Separate:
Separate from all violations of the natural law, in this case the scientific method and medical certainty as it applies to the human outcome. Don’t give credence to publications, institutions or persons that violate these principles of science, medicine and bioethics. Guard your means of peaceful separation.
Outlaw:
Strengthen the law regarding effectiveness and safety and ensure systems are in place to quickly eliminate unfavorable outcomes, violations and violators.
Punish:
Punish by strengthening and supporting the alternative avenues and/or not rewarding failure or negligent damage regarding scientific and health outcomes in humans. Do your part to ensure a merit based system.
This includes the majority of popular ‘health’ or benefit charities which are in practice slush funds with little to no regulatory oversight and through which up to 97% of proceeds do not benefit the stated intention.

Corporatism is a political and economic system where a nation’s society and economy are organized into major interest groups (such as agricultural, labor, military, and business associations) that negotiate directly with the state to set policies and manage the economy as opposed to a social and economic philosophy advocating for society to organize into organic, occupational groups (like guilds, unions, and professional associations) rather than divided by class conflict or hyper-individualism. It promotes cooperation, social justice, and the common good over sheer profit.
Rejection of extremes: Formulated as a “Third Way” alternative, it rejects both the class warfare/state control of Marxist socialism and the exploitative, unregulated nature of classical/laissez-faire capitalism.
Subsidiarity: Decisions should always be handled by the most local, appropriate level of organization (the guild or local community) rather than immediately defaulting to the centralized national government.
Democracy – fundamentally, systematically, philosophically, economically, prudentially and historically eclipsed as established by the primacy and foundation of capitalism (FEDERALISM) and corporatism in the US. I don’t vote and don’t care to so I have no political affiliation or classic liberal ideology (self individualism/identity politics) that I adhere to. Revolutionary democracy can be categorized as the tyranny of many/mob which always defaults to economy (elite oligarchy) in direct opposition to justice and the transcendence and flourishing of the good at the expense of the poor which I firmly oppose. As a system without an authoritative agent or agency, democracy and capitalism will reach its logical end as a prescription for oligarch rule (morally, criminally and economically bankrupt)(lawless), as it always has.

*In 2025 I found it necessary to redo my entire website in order to restore my entire body of work since 2004 because of one post I published on my previous site recommending the use of an ozonator for air quality during the pandemic (I copied the manufacturer statement). The use of ozonators and/or UV is now standard practice in hospitals, operating rooms or other facilities where air quality is crucial (as shown in a 2019 directive). So my page one Google has been entirely vindicated in the public sphere and I regret that I could not afford a lawyer to fight it properly but then again I didn’t parlay a Govt. network affiliation into a million dollar contract with an air filtration company while the ink was barely dry on the formal ‘declaration’ in the opening months of Covid or maybe I would’ve realized then why I suddenly found myself on Google page one despite having few followers, zero reach, influence or actual commerce regarding this particular product (ozonator). Regardless, after 5 years of being ‘infamous’ I realized it had become economically necessary to try to address it in some fashion if I wanted to remain in the public sphere. To date I have made zero dollars from that particular post.

By itself, air cleaning or filtration is not enough to protect people from COVID-19.
